We (CSAAA) reach out to the Canadian Firearms Program technical team as soon as an issue or outage is detected. CFP always addresses our concerns as quickly as possible.

In the event that you are still experiencing issues with BWS after CFP has deemed it fully functioning, there could be a problem that is operational system-related. You may need to clear the browser cache with the instruction below and then restart the computer in order to access the restored RCMP page (www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca). This is what we were instructed to perform by the CFP IT tech specialist.
